Digital Inspiration.

Martha shared the exciting launch of High Gloss magazine last week, & I thought it would be great to share a few more of my online inspirations. With the world turning to e-readers the natural progression is for online-only glossy style shelter magazines. I've really enjoyed reading Matchbook & Lonny in particular.

I am still in the "mourning for Domino Magazine" camp, so I get my fix not from an online magazine, but from The Domino Files flickr stream!

Where do you find digital inspiration?

Pillows with Personality ... and for a great cause!

Lisa Goldstein is one of our very favorite local Chapel Hill talents.  She creates whimsical hand-appliqued pillows with motifs ranging from this handsome owl to cheery flowers and racing cars.  Each one is individual and guaranteed to bring a smile to your day.

The UNC Beacon Program is hosting their annual silent-no-more-auction tonight at The Siena Hotel from 5:30 - 8:00 pm.  Lisa has generously donated one of her unique pillow creations for the silent auction at this event.  Please help support this worthwhile cause!
The University of North Carolina (UNC) Hospitals Beacon Child and Family Program provides comprehensive, coordinated care to UNC Health Care System's patients, families, and employees experiencing a variety of family violence. - UNC Beacon Program web site
We love having Lisa's pillows at The Virginia Gail Collection.  Our clients love them too!
