Touch A Truck!

Touch a Truck provides a unique opportunity for children to explore vehicles of all types – public service, emergency, utility, construction, landscaping, transportation, delivery and just plain cool – all in one place! Children will be allowed to touch, climb on and ask questions about their favorite trucks in a safe, supervised environment. Accompanying personnel will teach the children about the equipment displayed and how these machines help us and our community. Crafts, activities and kid-friendly food will be available to make this a perfectly entertaining day for the entire family!

John Giddings - Best of Show

John Giddings (HGTV's Curb Appeal The Block) joined the Interior Design Society at the Southern Ideal Home Show this weekend.  John took time out of his busy schedule to select the best of the tabletop displays created by area interior designers. 

Shown here with designer Casey Blalock of The Virginia Gail Collection at the event on Sunday morning, John brought his eye for design and winning personality for the judging.
